Q1 FY27 vs PCP
* REVENUE FROM PRODUCTS SOLD TO AIWYN
** ONGOING REVENUE
QuickFee’s net interest margin (NIM) declined to 14.4% in Q1 FY27, due to multiple interest rate rises in Australia,
which increased QuickFee’s cost of funds. Pricing will be adjusted and passed onto customers in Q2 FY27.
AUSTRALIA (AU) COMMENTARY
AU Finance revenue increased 6% to A$3.2 million (Q1 FY26: A$3.0 million), with a 4% decline in AU Finance TTV to
A$15.0 million (Q1 FY26: A$15.6 million). The lending market softened in Australia in Q1 FY27, due to multiple factors
including multiple interest rate rises and federal budget activity. QuickFee’s internal customer surveys indicate
that an increasing proportion of SMEs are finding business conditions challenging.

QuickFee Limited (ACN: 624 448 693) 3
QuickFee operates a low-risk B2B business model and is committed to maintaining high lending standards. In the
past quarter, QuickFee selectively declined higher risk transaction volumes from certain customers, where
necessary. The default and arrears rates were stable in Q1 FY27, however TTV was adversely impacted.
AU OPERATIONAL METRICS
AU Finance TTV decreased by 4% on pcp to A$15.0 million (Q1 FY26: A$15.6 million). The Fee Funding (FF) TTV was
down 14% on pcp to A$11.4 million (Q1 FY26: A$13.2 million). The Disbursement Funding (DF) TTV was up 50% on pcp
to A$3.6 million (Q1 FY26: A$2.4 million).

This growth was primarily driven by new loan originations from existing customers through QuickFee’s direct
relationship management team in the US.
In September 2025, QuickFee established a reseller agreement with Aiwyn (the organisation that purchased
QuickFee’s US PayNow business). The exclusive element of that agreement has now ceased due to lower than
expected transaction volumes, thus enabling QuickFee to work with a broader network of resellers to expand its
unique lending product in the US.
US OPERATIONAL METRICS
US Finance TTV increased by 15% on pcp to US$5.5 million (Q1 FY26: US$4.8 million).
US Finance plan numbers in the quarter decreased by 7% on pcp to 451 (Q1 FY26: 483) and US active Finance firms
decreased by 13% to 150 (Q1 FY26: 172).

OUTLOOK
Chief Executive Officer, Bruce Coombes said:
“QuickFee has a differentiated position in the market as a low-risk B2B lender. In Q1 FY27, the economic environment
in Australia was more challenging for SMEs, and therefore we were more selective in our transaction volumes from
certain customers, which adversely impacted our TTV in Australia. The disbursement funding business continues to
perform well and now accounts for 50% of the Australian loan book.
We were pleased with the growth in US loan originations due to deeper engagement with our existing customers and
we remain confident in the growth potential in the US through the integration of our Finance solution into Aiwyn’s
payments portal and the addition of new reseller channels.
We continue to be the market leader in the high-margin, B2B fee funding industry for accounting and legal
professions, and we remain open to exploring inorganic opportunities should they arise.”
This announcement has been authorised for release by the directors.

QUICKFEE FINANCE
FEE FUNDING (FF)
The Fee Funding product allows clients to pay over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months while the firm gets paid in full within three
business days at no cost to the firm, usually with no or a minimal credit approval process for the client. Revenue is
generated from the interest paid by the clients of professional services firms when they take out a payment plan to
pay the fee invoices they receive.
As revenue is recognised over the life of the loan term, loan origination growth in any quarter will positively impact
revenue in both current and future quarters. Similarly originations declining in any quarter adversely impact future
revenue.
LEGAL DISBURSEMENT FUNDING (DF) (AUSTRALIA ONLY)
The LDF product provides cashflow for personal injury and estate law firms to pay disbursements on their clients’
matters, which need to be paid during the course of each matter. Funds are remitted to the firm within one day of a
drawdown request being made. Each loan agreement is directly with the firm, avoiding any consumer credit
implications.
Interest is calculated daily and compounds monthly. The loan principal and accrued interest is repayable in full by
the firm on the earlier of when each client matter settles and 36 months, regardless of the outcome of the matter.
Revenue is recognised over the life of the loan term, which results in revenue recognition on existing loans
independent of new loan originations.
